David (Dave) Lanciault leads Agricen Sciences as the Company’s President and CEO. Agricen Sciences, founded in 2012, is an applied sciences research company leading the development of novel microbial and biochemical solutions for plant nutrition and health.
Mr. Lanciault has been a leader behind the establishment of the Biostimulant Coalition in the US – an interest group formed to spearhead efforts at outreach, education and legislative / regulatory influence for the emerging technologies known as “agricultural biostimulants”. He also serves as President and CEO of Tenfold Holdings, LLC – representing a group of private investors with an interest in sourcing, developing and incubating technologies of value for sustainable agriculture and applied biological science. Tenfold Holdings sponsored the successful launch of both Agricen and Agricen Sciences.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Lanciault served as president and CEO of Advanced Microbial Solutions (now Agricen) for nearly a decade, helping to transform the company from a small start-up into a leading agricultural technology company. His earlier career included leadership roles in the strategic management consulting industry: 14 years at Gemini Consulting, where he directed the firm’s global oil and gas practice, and subsequently as a senior partner at A.T. Kearney, where he was responsible for business strategy development and execution for major corporate clients. Those clients include ExxonMobil, Chevron, Johnson & Johnson, Caterpillar, Petroleos de Venezuela, Gulfstream Aerospace and DuPont-Dow Elastomers.
Dave holds an MBA from the University of Dallas in Dallas, Texas, and completed his undergraduate studies at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.
