Research & Development

Agricen Sciences’ cutting-edge research programs are focused on the development and application of biological and biostimulant technologies that support our goal of making agricultural practices more productive, efficient and sustainable.

Driving New Insights

Interactions between plants and microorganisms in the soil can have a significant impact on nutrient availability, uptake and use. Using a comprehensive R&D model and our proprietary technology platforms, Agricen Sciences is dedicated to better understanding these interactions and translating these findings into the creation of effective biological and biostimulant technologies that increase nutrient efficiency, mitigate crop stress, improve agricultural sustainability and increase crop quality and yields.

Agricen Sciences' proprietary production processes produce bioactive chemistries that help plants defend themselves against stress and facilitate increased nutrient use efficiency. Therefore, an important component of our work also includes a strong focus on chemical characterization to identify and quantify these bioactive chemistries, enable a deeper understanding of their mode of action and pave the way for new innovations.
